Quark and Bows

For this special creation, I had the wonderful idea to hot glue corks to a cheap frame found from the dollar store. I printed out a photo of Quark from DS9 to complete the image. The idea was to put this frame on the bar at my wedding. It served as a tinge of nerdiness at my vintage themed wedding.

Before I discovered the usefulness of hot glue, I painstakingly glued corks together into a circle formation and waited hours for it to dry. After the two circles were created, I realized they were too heavy and awkward to hang on the plant hangers I bought from a local thrift store. I thus went onto YouTube to learn to make large bows. You can see the resulting image below. The two bows were stuck into the ground at the entrance of the wedding venue.
