Blackout Curtains

For this project I decided to make black out curtains for a friend of mine who's a night owl, and sleeps during the day.

I didn't use a pattern, as making curtains is extremely easy. Fold over the edges, iron them to crease the fold, and sew in a straight line. That's about it. I was also lazy, and neglected to wash the fabric before sewing it. I figured it wouldn't shrink, since most people don't wash their curtains.

I used red fabric, with blackout paneling on the backside. I made two panels. They're simple, and nothing fancy, but they do their job and make my friends room dark!
